About Madeline Smith

As a Falmouth native, Madeline Smith brings a deep appreciation and intimate understanding of Cape Cod and the Islands.

A graduate of Syracuse University, Madeline went on to earn her Master’s in Construction Project Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology, which refined her eye for detail and her skill in managing complex projects.

With a background in construction management, Madeline offers clients a well-rounded perspective that bridges both the construction and real estate industries. Her technical expertise allows her to provide practical insight. She strives to help clients see not only what a property is today, but what it could become.

An active member of Cape Cod Young Professionals, she is committed to continuous learning and delivering honest, informed service that ensures every project and transaction is a success.

Outside of real estate, Madeline loves to travel and experience new destinations. When she’s not working or exploring, you can often find her golfing, skiing, or spending time at her family’s Vineyard home.
