Just a half a mile walk to the Shinning Sea Bike Path and a 1-mile walk to West Falmouth Harbor with its public boat ramp. It's a 0.8 miles to the West Falmouth Library, about a 16-minute walk. 

Upon entering the home you will find a TV/ sitting room, there is a laundry room area just off this room. To the left is a large welcoming fully equipped kitchen with everything you will need. Through the kitchen is the large living room with plenty of space to sit and relax. There is a dining room as well as outside furniture for evening BBQ's.  There is a half bathroom adjacent to the dining area. The master bedroom is on the first floor with a King size bed and a full master bathroom.  There are 2 additional bedrooms on the second floor, with two Twin size beds in each room. There is a full bathroom on the second floor. Window A/C units are provided in each bedroom, and WIFI, & Linens (sheets and towels), are INCLUDED with this rental. 

Outside you will find a beautiful yard with outdoor patio furniture and a gas grill. There is a fully enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower as well.
