She started her career in real estate in 1992 in Falmouth.

She spent her childhood summers in the areas of West Falmouth, Cataumet, and Pocasset. Her parents built their family summer home in West Falmouth when Kim was in high school. She spent her summers enjoying sailing, swimming and playing tennis.

She spent her childhood summers in the areas of West Falmouth, Cataumet, and Pocasset. Her parents built their family summer home in West Falmouth when Kim was in high school. She spent her summers enjoying sailing, swimming and playing tennis.

After graduating from Wheaton College, Kim moved to Falmouth year-round in 1990. She and her husband bought their first home in North Falmouth in 1991. She decided after going through the experience of purchasing a home, that becoming a real estate agent was something she was very interested in pursuing.

“My father was a commercial real estate broker in Boston when I was growing up. I remember him taking us out on weekends to look at the latest industrial park he was trying to sell, or lease, or buy.  I guess real estate is just in my blood”.

Kim also has taken many different opportunities in her real estate career to further her knowledge in the business. In 1996 she was offered a sales position at Ballymeade Country Club and Estates to work with the developer in selling land, new construction homes, and townhomes. She worked there for 6 years, and was Director of Sales there her last 3 years. She was then recruited to start the Custom Home Sales department at The Pinehills in 2002. After two years at The Pinehills, Kim decided to go back to her traditional real estate sales in Falmouth with a local real estate office.

Kim was asked to join Francesca Parkinson/Ermine Lovell Real Estate in 2010. Her experience, knowledge, and personal service has always been her strengths. Her high level of professionalism and thoroughness through her communication, negotiating skills and transaction coordination benefit her Buyers and Sellers. Kim feels it is important that her clients real estate experience is pleasant and successful!
