About Gayle Perry

Gayle Perry is a well-connected and esteemed NAR member with over 25 years of experience on Cape Cod. After moving full-time to the Cape in 1990, Gayle quickly found her niche in the local real estate market. Growing up in a family that moved several times before the age of ten allowed her to experience firsthand the impact a move can have on a family. One of her goals in real estate is make the entire process as easy and uncomplicated as possible. After studying at Boston University, Gayle moved to Colorado where she began her real estate career. While there, she founded the Aspen Women’s Forum which is a venue to highlight the sharing of information and knowledge among Aspen’s unique women who came, and still do come, from all over the world.

 

Gayle specializes in all facets of the real estate business, whether it be navigating the way for first timer buyers, working tirelessly to find the perfect second-home, or providing guidance in the luxury market. She utilizes a team of professional service providers to assist her clients’ buying and selling needs, including stagers, designers, handymen, inspectors, and mortgage experts. Gayle’s hard-earned designations (CRS, GRI, ABR, SRES) rank her in the top 10% of her profession. Gayle is communicative, thorough, and detail-oriented – she’ll be alongside you every step of the way.

 

While devoting her professional life to real estate leaves little time for other activities, Gayle spends spare time perfecting putts on the golf course, weaving Nantucket baskets, needlepointing, and, most importantly, enjoying time with friends and extended family.
