In April 2020, Katie became a principal owner and the managing broker of Ermine Lovell Real Estate, LLC.
Katie launched her real estate career in 2007, working alongside one of Cape Cod’s top brokers and gaining hands-on experience with a wide range of transactions—from luxury waterfront estates to seasonal rentals. She quickly discovered a passion for real estate and found great satisfaction in helping clients achieve their goals, whether buying, selling, or renting.
A lifelong Falmouth resident, Katie brings a deep knowledge of the Cape to every client interaction. Since joining Ermine Lovell in 2011, she has worked to preserve the firm's trusted brand and personal touch while embracing new technologies, software, and marketing strategies to better serve the evolving needs of clients and agents alike.
As the office’s Designated NAR member, Katie is committed to ensuring the success of every transaction. She is known for her problem-solving mindset, innovative thinking, and dedication to delivering outstanding service.
