Meet Precious
Precious has been an active member of the Upper Cape community for 26 years. Migrating to Cape Cod from Jamaica, Precious fell in love with the seaside community and its natural beauty. In 2002, Precious started Preferred Cleaning, a housekeeping service that has grown into a very successful and well-known local business.
In 2018, Precious purchased Auntie Vi’s Linen, Beach & Baby Equipment Rental Company that services Cape Cod. She has worked hard in maintaining the success of the company through her organizational skills, customer service and leadership.
In 2021, Precious realized many of the skills she applied to running her business and her local knowledge of the community would be well suited for a career in real estate. For over 20 years, Precious has worked with homeowners and real estate professionals which will prove to be invaluable as she starts her new venture.
