Meet Sophie
Sophie joined Ermine Lovell Real Estate in 2021 as a rental administrator after graduating from Endicott College in Beverly, MA, with a BFA in Photography. In 2022, she obtained her real estate license and became a NAR member. Her nine years of experience as a sales associate in retail, along with multiple photography internships, have strengthened her dedication to exceptional customer service and professionalism.
In September 2023, Sophie became the manager of the rental department, where she continued to lead with expertise. She has a sharp eye for identifying necessary repairs and improvements to enhance property value, ensuring rentals are market-ready and tenants are satisfied.
In September 2025, Sophie shifted her focus to sales, stepping into the role of an assistant to her mother. A Cape Cod native, Sophie has deep knowledge of the local community and is excited to work alongside her mother in a business so deeply rooted in her family’s history. She currently resides in West Falmouth and enjoys spending summers at the beach and winters skiing the slopes of Maine.
